1. Our Services

Rick Pest Control provides pest management and treatment services for residential and commercial properties across Melbourne and surrounding suburbs. The scope of any service will be described in the quote or booking confirmation provided to you.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are based on the information you provide and, where applicable, an on-site inspection. Prices may be adjusted if the actual conditions, property size or severity of infestation differ materially from what was described. We will inform you of any material change before proceeding.

3. Bookings, Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Bookings are confirmed once a date and time have been agreed with you.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible so we can accommodate other customers.
• We will make reasonable efforts to attend at the scheduled time, but appointment times may occasionally change due to circumstances beyond our control.

4. Your Responsibilities

To help us deliver a safe and effective service, you agree to:

• provide safe and reasonable access to the areas requiring treatment;
• disclose any relevant information, such as known allergies, pets, children or sensitive occupants at the property;
• follow any preparation and post-treatment instructions provided by our technicians; and
• ensure the property is safe for our technicians to carry out the work.

5. Payment

Payment is due as set out in your quote or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is required on completion of the service.

6. Warranties & Guarantees

Where a service warranty or guarantee is offered, its terms, duration and conditions will be stated in your quote or service documentation. Warranties may be void if recommended follow-up treatments are not carried out, if conditions at the property change, or if the property is subject to re-infestation from an external source. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, Rick Pest Control is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services. Pest control results can vary depending on factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee the permanent elimination of pests.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, is the property of Rick Pest Control or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use this content without our prior written permission.

9. Governing Law
